This is the Privacy Policy applicable to users of the Vespucci Adventures website at www.vespucciadventures.com. The Site is controlled by Vespucci Adventures Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 1 Crossways Court, Haslemere road, Fernhurst, West Sussex, GU27 3EP.

When you make a purchase through our website, we automatically provide some of your information to our fulfilment company to secure the delivery of the product and to the companies who process the payment on our behalf; Stripe or Paypal. This information will include your name and address, credit card details, phone number and Email address.

We share your information with selected third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf such as website hosting, analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.

We do not authorise these third parties to use your information for purposes other than for which it has been provided, and do not authorise these third parties to disclose that information to unauthorised parties. We require these third parties to maintain appropriate security to protect your information from unauthorised access or processing.

Under the GDPR you have a number of rights with regard to how your personal data is handled. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you or in certain circumstances to ask us to delete the information we process about you. We also anonymise and group personal information from different customers (so that it does not identify you) and use it for different purposes including: testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving our site, and developing new products and services. Some of our third parties may use the anonymised data, however there will be no affiliation back to you.
