How it all started…
The Vespucci Story
Vespucci Adventures evolved from a passion for hiking and the great outdoors. We set out to inspire a new generation to follow in our footsteps and get out there by giving people everything they need for a great day out exploring. Hiking isn’t all walking sticks and geography field trips, but sometimes it can feel that way. So, we came up with a product that captured the beauty and fun of hiking, without making any of it feel like a school trip! Our pub recommendations are just as important to us as our routes.
We strive to give you the best possible experience by ensuring our hikes are the best they can be, and provide all the important details – both big and small. Our aim is to inspire and empower people to get outside and discover adventures they otherwise would not have. We give you all the tools, so all you have to do is get out there…
The only footprint we want to leave is on the trails…
Our commitment to sustainability
We are committed to making sure that both our products and events are as environmentally friendly as possible. Our love for the great outdoors means we are devoted to keeping it green, the way mother nature intended.
We ensure that all of our products are ethically and sustainably sourced. Our packs are both designed and produced here in the UK and printed by a carbon neutral printer on FSC-certified paper. FSC-certified products are not only renewable, but also come from forests that are managed responsibly. Our routes are also set up to be accessible via public transport, to lower travel emissions.
Fjällräven hail from the small town of Örnsjöldsvik in Sweden, a place where mountains and forest meet the sea. Fjällräven is an outdoor clothing and equipment company that’s committed to making nature more accessible for everyone.
We became a partner of Ordnance Survey from the get-go, we share a common goal of striving to get the people of the UK outside. We are super proud to be recognised as one of their Premium Route Partners – quite simply we couldn’t do what we do without them.
