Signature Adventures: Crossing the Southern Isle

Less than two hours by train from Waterloo and you could find yourself on the ferry heading to the Isle of Wight. Two days later, with 26 miles and some of the finest views in England under your belt, you will be heading back by boat or hovercraft to Portsmouth en route to Waterloo. This Vespucci Signature Adventure is designed to fit into two days from Waterloo Station and back again. In short, two days, one night, 42kms walking, 11 hours (approximately) walking time with a total ascent of 732m. Our adventure pack will give you everything you need to know to make this adventure happen. It contains travel information, our customised OS map, points of interest, picnic spots, recommended accommodation as well as options to extend or shorten the adventure.
